Amazon.com Product Description
The Sony ICD-CD815 AM/FM Stereo CD Clock Radio with Dual Alarm lets you forget about settings and focus on what's important: sleep. There's no need to worry about getting up in time with its dual alarm settings. Connect your digital music player or insert your favorite CD and unwind before bed. It will even play MP3 audio burned to CD-R/RW sources. Catching a few extra winks in the morning is easy with an extendable snooze button that lets you set just how long you want to put off getting up. The large 1.4" green LED display with brightness control makes this clock easy to read.

Customer Reviews

perfect clock radio5
I bought this clock radio for my husband and he loves it. it is the perfect size and has everything he wanted.

BEWARE: Falsely Described as Playing MP-3 Encoded CDs!1
Purchased as a means of listening to MP-3 files on CD-R discs, and although it explicitly describes this capability in the product description, it has no such ability!! It sneered at the cds with mp3 files, and none of the box descriptions nor the scant "manual" mentions this facility. Since others have also reported in earlier reviews, it's disappointing that Amazon hasn't fixed the description yet.

By the way, the tuner wasn't very good at all, either. Sound, what you expect for $40.

Solid quality4

The sound is very nice, and good volume range (it can get quite loud)
The unit is on the large side, and the numbers very visible (takes a lot of room on the bed table).
The two alarms are nice. The sleep function is nice too. And each alarm (A and B) can bet set independently to either CD, Radio, Buzzer, or Off.
I'm totally happy with it.
